Our Founders

This Organization is the fruit of strong marriage between Civil Engineering and Software. It is the brainchild of Mr.Someshwar Ganti and Mr. Bobde. Both Mr. Ganti and Mr. Bobde are childhood friends who got together to form Z-Axis ES.
This name Z-Axis Engineering Solutions was coined to represent the unique service they wished to provide to the Civil Engineering fraternity. They knew that their services are out of the ordinary, and hence the conglomeration will “Add the 3rd Dimension” to the flat service being rendered currently by others.

Someshwar Ganti (B.E, Civil)

Mr. Ganti has been in Software Industry for over 25 years, during which he was involved in developing software for various Civil Engineering Companies in India, Middle East and U.S.A. His core competency is developing software for Pre Engineered Building companies and also R.C.C Detailing software.

Bobde (M.Tech, Structures)

Mr. Bobde has been in Structural Designs for over 25 years, during his vast experience he was involved in designs of complex industrial, commercial and residential structures and led a team of designers and detailers at Managerial level in prominent companies.
